Aperam Sets 2026 Dividend Schedule

Aperam has announced its dividend plan for 2026, maintaining a base dividend of EUR 2.00 per share, pending approval at the Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2026. The dividend will be distributed in four equal installments of EUR 0.50 per share throughout the year.

Payments for shares listed in Europe will be in Euros, while those traded in the U.S. will be converted to dollars using the European Central Bank's exchange rate. A withholding tax of 15% will apply to the gross dividends.

A detailed schedule outlines the payment dates and related events, beginning with the first announcement on 19 February 2026 and concluding on 10 December 2026. Aperam offers a dividend reinvestment plan through ABN AMRO, allowing shareholders to reinvest dividends in ordinary shares.
