Apex Critical Metals Advances Exploration at Rift REE Project
Apex Critical Metals Corp. has started the permitting process with the Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy to explore its Rift Project. Located in the Elk Creek Carbonatite Complex, this project is noted for its historical rare earth element and niobium mineralization. Highlights from past explorations include 155.5 meters of 2.70% total rare earth oxides (TREO) and 236.2 meters of 2.10% TREO.
The commencement of permitting is a significant step for Apex. CEO Sean Charland remarked on the potential of the Elk Creek system and plans to expand on historical results. Covering over 3,024 acres, the Rift Project is key for rare earth elements vital for various industries.
Additionally, Apex closed a C$1.6 million private placement to fund Canadian exploration expenses. The issued securities will support the CAP Property in British Columbia. Apex also announced stock options for a consultant, dependent on a successful EuroNext listing.
