Aramis Group Announces Share Buyback Transactions

Aramis Group has disclosed the purchase of its own shares, following approvals from the General Assembly on February 9, 2024. The transactions took place between January 20 and January 24, 2025, in line with share buyback regulations.

During this period, Aramis Group acquired a total of 22,970 shares. On January 20, 11,002 shares were purchased at a weighted average price of €7.7768. Further transactions occurred on January 23, when 7,051 shares were bought at €7.7909, and on January 24, with a purchase of 4,917 shares at a price of €7.7963.

The total weighted average purchase price across these transactions was €7.7853 per share. These actions are part of Aramis Group's ongoing capital management strategy.
