Aramis Group Completes Treasury Share Transactions

Arcueil, January 12, 2026 - Aramis Group carried out several transactions of its own shares between January 5 and 9, 2026, in accordance with the authorizations granted by the General Meeting of February 4, 2025.

During this period, Aramis Group acquired a total of 8,463 shares at a weighted average price of €4.7252 per share. These transactions, excluding liquidity contracts, were carried out on the XPAR market with daily volumes ranging from 1,044 to 2,140 shares, and share prices ranging from €4.6727 to €4.7851.
