Aramis Group: Transactions in own shares from March 10 to 14, 2025

Aramis Group has announced details of its share transactions carried out between March 10 and 14, 2025. This transaction is part of the authorizations granted at the General Meeting on February 4, 2025. Aramis Group acquired a total of 7,500 shares on the Paris market (XPAR).

The group purchased 1,500 shares on March 11 at an average price of €7.77 per share, 5,000 shares on March 13 at €7.675, and 1,000 shares on March 14 at a price of €7.50. The average acquisition price over the period was €7.6707 per share.
