Aramis Group has published a statement regarding the transactions on its own shares carried out between January 6 and 10, 2025. These transactions follow the authorizations of the General Meeting of February 9, 2024, within the framework of the regulation on share buybacks. During this period, Aramis Group acquired a total of 65,770 shares (FR0014003U94), with a weighted average acquisition price of €7.7234 per share.

Daily transactions were distributed as follows: on January 6, 6,518 shares were purchased at a price of 7.7865 euros; on January 7, 13,876 shares for 7.7612 euros; on January 8, 15,189 shares for 7.7086 euros; on January 9, 15,189 shares for 7.7103 euros; and finally, on January 10, 14,998 shares for 7.6892 euros. All transactions took place on the XPAR market.
