ARGAN Reports Strong Half-Year 2026 Financial Results

On July 20, 2026, ARGAN announced its financial results for the first half of the year, highlighting a 4% increase in rental income to €110 million. The company's portfolio value rose to €4.3 billion, a 5% increase from the end of 2025. ARGAN has updated its 2026 targets, projecting rental income of €221 million and maintaining a recurring net income per share of approximately €6. The EPRA LTV ratio rose slightly to 42%, while the net debt to EBITDA ratio remained stable at 8.8x.

Two projects originally planned for 2027 have been advanced to 2026, contributing to a €200 million investment plan for the year.
