ARGAN Signs Lease with MPM Group for Augny Warehouse
ARGAN announced the signing of a new lease for its AutOnom® logistics site in Augny, in the Metz area, with MPM Group. The site, located on the Frescaty plateau, offers 10,000 sq.m of warehouse and office space. It will function as MPM's logistics and technical hub.
The AutOnom® building, now re-let without a vacancy period, showcases strong market interest. It uses electric heat pumps and generates its own green energy, earning a ‘BREEAM Very Good’ certification. The site also has a potential extension of 8,000 sq.m, with permits in hand, allowing swift delivery.
Ronan Le Lan of ARGAN highlighted the company's high occupancy rate and strategic site clustering. MPM's Thomas Iannucci praised the environmental qualities of the site, noting they align with the group's sustainability goals.
