ARI Motors Enters Autonomous Delivery Vehicle Market

ARI Motors Industries SE has announced a strategic move into the autonomous delivery vehicle market through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Faction Technologies, Inc. and TUGA Innovations, Inc. This partnership, named "ARVIA SE," aims to develop and expand autonomous delivery vehicles in Europe and the U.S.

Key aspects of their MOU include a 25% stake for ARI in ARVIA SE, access to advanced driverless technology, and participation in large U.S. programs like Chick-fil-A and Grubhub, involving approximately 7,300 vehicles. In addition, ARI plans to expand its Czech manufacturing plant and enhance software capabilities with the help of Acceleracode SRL.

ARI's aim is to leverage Faction's driverless technology, which has completed over 2,200 delivery missions, and to participate in significant U.S. commercial programs.
