ARI Motors Industries SE Partners with Faction and TUGA for Autonomous Delivery Expansion

On November 18, 2025, ARI Motors Industries SE announced a significant advancement in autonomous delivery technology by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Faction Technologies and TUGA Innovations. This collaboration aims to create a transatlantic ecosystem for autonomous last-mile delivery vehicles.

Through this agreement, ARI gains access to Faction's proven driverless technology, which has completed over 2,200 successful deliveries in the U.S. This positions ARI as a major player in Europe's fast-growing urban logistics sector.

ARI will integrate Faction's technology into its existing light electric vehicle platforms, collaborating with TUGA to enhance urban mobility. The establishment of a new Special Purpose Vehicle, ARVIA SE, is part of this initiative, with ARI holding a 25% stake.

Additionally, ARI plans to establish a TeleAssist Center in the Czech Republic to support this venture, establishing itself as a European hub for autonomous vehicle supervision.
