Arkema announces its share buyback operations

Arkema has announced its recent share purchase transactions carried out on August 24 and 25, 2026. These transactions were conducted in accordance with Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. On August 24, Arkema acquired 4,000 shares at a weighted average price of €59.3256 per share. On August 25, this volume increased to 5,600 shares, at an average price of €58.7813 per share. In total, 9,600 shares were purchased over these two days, with an overall weighted average price of €59.0081 per share.
