ARKEMA: Declaration of the Total Number of Shares and Voting Rights
ARKEMA published its regulated financial information dated April 2, 2026, in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This press release announces the data relating to the total number of voting rights and shares of the company.
As of March 31, 2026, ARKEMA has a total of 76,060,831 shares comprising its share capital. The theoretical number of voting rights amounts to 95,361,133, including treasury shares. After deducting these, the actual number of voting rights is 94,966,115.
