Arkema Discloses Updated Share and Voting Rights Information
Arkema, a global chemical company, has released its latest figures concerning shares and voting rights. This disclosure complies with article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
As of March 31, 2026, Arkema's total number of shares stood at 76,060,831. The total number of voting rights, including shares held by the company, accounted for 95,361,133. Excluding the shares held by the company, the total number of voting rights was 94,966,115.
