ARTEA launches bond exchange offer
On February 24, 2026, ARTEA announced the launch of an exchange offer for its €28.7 million bond issued in 2021 and 2022. These bonds, maturing in 2026, bear an annual interest rate of 5%. In exchange, ARTEA will offer new bonds of the same amount, offering an interest rate of 6% until 2029. The offer is reserved for "Eligible Holders," excluding US citizens and residents of the United States.
The exchange period will run from February 24, 2026, to March 12, 2026, with settlement expected on March 18, 2026. Bondholders must arrange the exchange through their financial intermediaries. Existing bonds that are not exchanged will remain on the Euronext Access market. A subsequent announcement will specify the amounts exchanged.
