Artmarket.com: Results of the 2025 General Meeting

On June 27, 2025, Artmarket.com held its Annual General Meeting under the chairmanship of Thierry Ehrmann. Over 31% of the shares and 47% of the voting rights were represented. Resolutions concerning the company financial statements, governance policy, and executive compensation were adopted, all receiving 100% of the votes cast. However, a resolution on regulated agreements did not reach the required quorum for a vote.
