Artnet AG Announces Delisting from Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Artnet AG has confirmed its shares will be delisted from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange effective August 22, 2025. This decision follows the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's approval to revoke the admission of Artnet’s shares from the regulated market, as initiated by the company. Consequently, shareholders will no longer trade shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange post this date.

Additionally, Artnet suggests ceasing the trading of its shares on the stock exchanges in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, and Tradegate Exchange after August 22. The delisting is tied to Leonardo Art Holdings GmbH's takeover and delisting offer. Shareholders can accept this offer, free of closing conditions, until the specified deadline. Artnet's boards have advised shareholders to consider the offer.
