Arverne Group Achieves Strong Growth in 2025

In 2025, Arverne Group experienced a noteworthy increase in gross business volume by 46%, reaching €25.2 million. The key areas contributing to this growth were its drilling and construction operations, heating and cooling initiatives, and the Lithium de France project.

Arverne's geothermal projects, like at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and Safran's new plant, highlighted a significant reduction in carbon emissions. In heating and cooling, the first revenues were generated from a project in Clichy-sous-Bois/Livry-Gargan with a commercial pipeline of 100 projects representing 5 TWh.

The Lithium de France project marks significant strides, with the pre-industrial phase successfully launched. A notable achievement includes securing a €150 million Green Industry Tax Credit and completing a €40 million Series B2 financing round with Equinor Ventures.

Furthermore, Arverne Group's strengthened mission-driven focus resulted in reduced carbon intensity and high employee satisfaction. Bpifrance's entry as a shareholder affirms confidence in Arverne's growth strategy.
