AUSTRIAN POST ACQUIRES 70% STAKE IN EUSHIPMENTS.COM
On November 28, 2025, Austrian Post AG announced the acquisition of a 70% stake in euShipments.com, a leading e-commerce provider in Southeast and Eastern Europe. The Bulgarian company, established in 2012, offers integrated e-commerce solutions, supporting 1,300 customers with services ranging from e-fulfilment to value-added offerings like payment processing. EuShipments.com, employing over 350 experts, expects to generate approximately EUR 50 million in revenue for 2025.
The acquisition, pending regulatory approval, is set to close in early 2026 for about EUR 55 million. Austrian Post secures options to acquire or sell the remaining 30% within four years. This move enhances its presence in the region and expands its international e-commerce solutions portfolio.
