Aston Bay Launches Exploration at Epworth Copper-Silver Project

Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. has announced the start of its summer field program at the Epworth Copper-Silver Project in Nunavut, Canada. The project, located 80 km southeast of Kugluktuk, will focus on the property's southern section, identified by a 2024 MobileMT survey. The survey revealed deep and near-surface conductive anomalies possibly linked to metal-bearing fluid traps in shales.

Initial findings have identified copper mineralization zones associated with these anomalies. The company has commenced prospecting and mapping in these promising areas. Aston Bay's CEO, Thomas Ullrich, emphasized that this supports their theory of potential undiscovered mineralization beneath the surface.

Six team members from Emerald Geological Services are involved in the exploration effort. The goal is to gather data to aid in targeting for a planned drilling program. The project's geological setting is comparable to the rich Central African Copper Belt.
