Athena Gold Completes Redomiciliation to Canada

Athena Gold Corporation has announced the successful redomiciliation from Delaware to British Columbia. This move was completed through a merger with its subsidiary, Nova Athena Gold Corp., and a name change to form Athena Gold Corporation. This decision received approval from 78.75% of voting shareholders at the company's Annual General and Special Meeting on March 27, 2025.

The company has scheduled April 24, 2025, as the Record Date, pending Canadian Securities Exchange approval. Trading will commence under new ISIN/CUSIP numbers. Existing shareholders will receive equivalent shares in Nova Athena. The authorized capital now includes unlimited common and preferred shares.
