Atos SE Appoints FORVIS MAZARS as Joint Statutory Auditor

Atos SE, listed on Euronext Paris, declares the appointment of FORVIS MAZARS as joint statutory auditor. This follows an interim order by the President of the Pontoise Commercial Court on December 19, 2024. FORVIS MAZARS was chosen after a call for tenders and will work alongside Grant Thornton to certify the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

The previous statutory auditor, Deloitte & Associés, appointed in May 2018 for six years, will complete its term at the end of the Annual General Meeting on January 31, 2025. The court's appointment is valid until the meeting, set to approve the 2024 financial statements.
