Important changes within Atos following the 2025 General Meeting
On January 31, 2025, Atos held its Combined General Meeting, validating the 2023 accounts. Chaired by Philippe Salle, the event allowed the approval of all resolutions. A recomposition of the Board of Directors followed, notably ratifying the appointment of Philippe Salle as Chairman and CEO. The majority of other appointments, including that of Mandy Metten as censor, were validated by a large majority.
The directors have renewed the key functions within the Board. Sujatha Chandrasekaran has had her term extended, while Joanna Dziubak and Hildegard Müller join the Board. The Board now consists of nine directors, 75% of whom are independent and 62.5% of whom are women.
The meeting also led to a reconfiguration of the expert committees. Thus, the Council is preparing to implement a new growth strategy. The transition from Jean Pierre Mustier to Philippe Salle was praised for its exemplary nature.
