Melqart Asset Management crosses threshold in ATOS SE
Melqart Asset Management (UK) Limited has recently crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital and voting rights of ATOS SE. This information, received by mail on January 24, 2025, indicates that on November 26, 2024, Melqart held 5.02% of the shares and voting rights of ATOS SE.
This acquisition includes 8,996,567,234 shares, distributed among different funds managed by Melqart, such as the Melqart Opportunities Master Fund Limited and the DS Liquid DIV RCA MEL, LLC fund. The crossing results from the purchase of shares on the market and a participation in a capital increase of the company ATOS.
In addition, Melqart holds 831,847,934 stock warrants exercisable until December 2027, allowing the acquisition of ATOS shares at a price of €0.0001 per share.
