ATOSS Software SE Announces Leadership Transition for 2026/2027
ATOSS Software SE has announced a planned leadership transition effective at the year-end 2026/2027. Andreas Obereder, the company's founder and current CEO, will transition to the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board intends to appoint Pritim Kumar Krishnamoorthy, currently the COO, as CEO effective at the turn of the year 2026/2027.
Pritim Kumar Krishnamoorthy has been with ATOSS since 2020, contributing significantly to areas like cloud transformation and AI & Product Strategy. His leadership has played a vital role in successful domestic and international sales projects. Following this transition, Christof Leiber will continue as CFO, and the Executive Board will consist of Krishnamoorthy and Leiber. Obereder will remain actively involved with ATOSS on the Supervisory Board.
This leadership change is not expected to affect the company's current strategy or forecasts.
