ATOSS Software SE Reports Double-Digit Growth in Q1 2025

ATOSS Software SE has reported a successful first quarter in 2025 with an 11% increase in revenues, reaching EUR 46.3 million compared to EUR 41.8 million in the previous year. A key driver of this growth was a 30% surge in cloud and subscription revenues, climbing to EUR 21.4 million. Additionally, the company maintained a stable EBIT margin of 34%, with operating earnings rising to EUR 15.6 million.

The company's cloud business showed promise, with the cloud order backlog increasing to EUR 92.8 million and an annual recurring revenue of EUR 86.7 million. Total ARR grew by 7% to EUR 126.4 million as of March 31, 2025. Despite economic challenges, ATOSS remains focused on sustainable growth and financial stability, supported by a liquidity of EUR 131.9 million.

The Management Board expects total revenues for 2025 to be around EUR 190 million, projecting sustained growth through strategic investments in sales and cloud-based solutions.
