AT&S Announces Share Repurchase Authorization

On July 3, 2025, AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG held its Ordinary Annual General Meeting, which resulted in a significant resolution. The company decided to revoke the previous authorization granted to the Management Board in July 2023. This change allows the Management Board to repurchase shares in accordance with Section 65 (1) (8) of the Stock Corporation Act.

The new authorization permits the purchase of up to 10% of the company's nominal capital over a 30-month period. The price range for these shares is set between 30% lower and 30% higher than the average stock exchange closing price of the last ten trading days. Furthermore, subsidiaries are included, allowing them to repurchase shares through various legal means.

Additionally, the Management Board has the authority to cancel repurchased stock, with the Supervisory Board implementing necessary amendments to the Articles of Association. This authorization can be exercised partially or in several tranches.
