AT&S Proposes No Dividend for 2024/25 Financial Year
AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG has announced its management board's proposal to not distribute a dividend for the financial year 2024/25. The decision awaits approval from the Supervisory Board and is set to be presented at the 31st Annual General Meeting on July 3, 2025. This move is aimed at strengthening the company's balance sheet position.
The previous year's dividend was also €0.00 per share. Annual results for 2024/25 will be released on May 15, 2025, followed by the Annual Report on June 5, 2025. AT&S specializes in high-quality IC substrates and printed circuit boards with a global presence, including production facilities in Austria, India, China, and a new site in Malaysia.
