Audius SE Acquires CompuSafe Data Systems AG, Boosting Revenue Forecasts

Audius SE has announced the acquisition of CompuSafe Data Systems AG, marking a significant expansion of its IT service management portfolio. This move is anticipated to boost expected revenues to over €100 million for 2025, exceeding previous forecasts of €90 million. The acquisition represents a vital step towards Audius' medium-term goals.

CompuSafe, based in Munich, specializes in IT services and transformation, with expertise in project management, data center operations, and AI applications. With 180 employees, it generates approximately €20 million in annual revenue. The integration of CompuSafe provides Audius with significant cross-selling opportunities and access to enhanced service offerings and clients.

The transaction will finalize on September 10, 2025. While the financial details remain undisclosed, the acquisition, alongside the earlier Ergonomics acquisition, is set to positively influence Audius' overall earnings.
