Advantech Co., Ltd. Successfully Completes Tender Offer for AURES Technologies
On March 21, 2025, AURES Technologies announced the successful completion of the public tender offer initiated by Advantech Co., Ltd. The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) confirmed that Advantech has acquired 91.03% of the share capital and at least 90.49% of the voting rights of AURES. This acquisition allows Advantech to implement a squeeze-out, aligned with the financial terms of the initial offer, i.e., €6.31 per share.
The suspension of AURES' share price has been confirmed pending the squeeze-out. Settlement and delivery of the Offer is scheduled for March 25, 2025. The detailed results notice is available on the AMF website. With this transaction, Advantech strengthens its market position.
