AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG Announces New Management Board Appointment
On July 11, 2025, AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG announced a key appointment in its executive team. Following the resignation of Mr. Nikolaos Lykos, the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Mohamed Chemloul as the fifth member of the Management Board, effective July 15, 2025. In addition to joining the Management Board, Mr. Chemloul has been named Vice Chairman. He will continue to serve as the Group Chief Technology Officer, overseeing technological operations. The Management Board now includes five members, with Mr. Emmanouil Kontos as Chairman and Group CEO.
