AUTO1 Group Expands Used Car Production in Europe

AUTO1 Group SE, Europe's leading digital platform for used car transactions, announced the establishment of three new production centers. These facilities in Italy, Austria, and the Netherlands aim to satisfy rising customer demands for Autohero, the Group's Retail brand.

With these additions, AUTO1's production capacity stretches to 248,400 cars annually, a 38% increase. This move enables the Group to control quality and reconditioning processes internally, enhancing service quality.

The new centers, covering 184,500 m², will create 550 jobs and will support the Group’s European operations, marking a significant capacity boost. The opening of these centers is slated for late 2025.
