AUTO1 Group SE, a leading European digital automotive platform, announced record-breaking financial results for the first quarter of 2026. Significant growth was witnessed across all financial metrics. The total units sold amounted to 248,779, marking a 21.9% increase from the previous year.
In the Merchant segment, 216,293 units were sold, a rise of 18.8%. This contributed EUR 1.9 billion in revenue, up by 20.5%. The Retail segment saw an impressive 47.8% growth with 32,486 units sold, generating EUR 556.5 million in revenue, an increase of 45.5%.
The group's gross profit rose by 22.4% to EUR 289.4 million, while adjusted EBITDA saw a slight rise of 3.0%, reaching EUR 59.8 million. CEO Christian Bertermann emphasized the strength of their business model, attributing success to their technology platform and robust infrastructure.
