The document is freely available to the public. It is available at the company's headquarters and online on the official Avenir Telecom website and the AMF website. The company specializes in the design and distribution of mobile phones under the Energizer® brand.

Present in more than 55 countries, more than half of Avenir Telecom's sales are made internationally. The company is listed on Euronext Paris and is included in the CAC Mid & Small and CAC Telecommunications indices.
