Avidian Gold Corp. Changes Auditor
Avidian Gold Corp. has appointed MNP LLP as its new auditor, succeeding McGovern Hurley LLP. The change, effective July 15, 2026, follows a request from Avidian's board of directors. There were no reservations noted in the reports from the former auditor for the last two financial years, and no reportable events were identified between the company and the previous auditor.
Both the audit committee and the board reviewed the necessary documentation, complying with National Instrument 51-102, and filed them on SEDAR+. Avidian Gold holds a 100% interest in Jungo Au-Cu property, Nevada, and is evaluating other projects. Additionally, they possess shares in High Tide Resources, focusing on mineral projects in Labrador.
