AXA Updates on Share Capital and Voting Rights
AXA has released updated figures concerning its share capital and voting rights as of February 28, 2026. The company, registered in Paris under French law, reports a share capital of €4,787,524,091.46. This capital is made up of 2,090,622,314 shares, with a total of 2,535,862,186 voting rights.
Under French regulations, and per AXA’s bylaws, stakeholders must notify the company if their holdings cross certain thresholds.
