Axcap Ventures Completes C$8.2 Million Financing

Axcap Ventures Inc. (CSE:AXCP) announced a non-brokered private placement financing, raising C$8,160,000 through the sale of 48 million common shares. The investment, representing a 9.9% stake in the company, comes from a new strategic investor. The shares are priced at C$0.17 each, and the offering is set to close around October 21, 2025.

The Chief Executive Officer, John Dorward, noted that the financing was secured at a premium compared to their September 2025 financing, indicating strong investor confidence. The proceeds will primarily fund corporate purposes, including a Preliminary Economic Assessment for their Converse Gold Project in Nevada, USA.

The issued securities are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day. A finder's fee will also be involved in the transaction.
