During this period, the weighted average acquisition price was €37.81 per share with a total transaction amount reaching €429,372. The daily transactions on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR) varied, with notable volumes on October 2, 2026, when 2,950 shares were bought back.
These transactions align with Article 5(2)(c) of European Regulation No 596/2014. The purpose, as stated, was to cover financial operations by maintaining a balance of owned shares.
