74Software: Declaration of Transactions in Own Shares

Paris, April 28, 2025 – 74Software has issued a press release regarding its share transactions. The company carried out share repurchases between April 22 and 25, 2025. These transactions are part of the authorization granted by the Combined General Meeting of May 2024 for the implementation of a share repurchase program.

The purchases were made through Crédit Industriel et Commercial, with a unit price of EUR 30.30. The number of shares purchased in these transactions was 300 and 294 units respectively, for the purpose of hedging positions. For further details, the transactions are in accordance with Article 5(2)(c) of European Regulation No. 596/2014.
