Azarga Metals Awaits Resolution of Management Cease Trade Order
Azarga Metals Corp. has provided an update regarding a management cease trade order (MCTO) issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) on January 29, 2025. This order restricts trading by the company’s management but does not impact public shareholders.
The company has paid its auditors and is finalizing its annual financial records for the year ending September 30, 2024. These records were due by January 28, 2025, but Azarga Metals is optimistic about completing them by March 31, 2025.
The MCTO will remain until the filing of the records is completed and approved by the BCSC. Azarga Metals has confirmed no material changes since the default announcement and remains committed to transparency through regular updates.
