Successful capital increase for Baloise Real Estate Switzerland
The Baloise Investment Foundation - Real Estate Switzerland recently completed a significant capital increase of CHF 80 million. This oversubscribed transaction demonstrates the interest of pension institutions in Swiss real estate investments. The group's total assets thus jumped to CHF 210 million.
The new funds will be dedicated to the acquisition of residential properties in the cantons of Zurich, Neuchâtel, Aargau, and Fribourg. These properties promise an initial gross yield of 4.2%, strengthening the portfolio's geographical diversification.
