Baloise achieves remarkable performance in occupational pensions

Baloise Holding AG reports a successful 2023 for its occupational pension plan, thanks to its semi-autonomous "Perspectiva" solution and comprehensive insurance. Perspectiva posted an impressive performance of over 9%, with more than 500 new company affiliations, bringing the total to 5,186. The collective foundation benefits from over-coverage with a rate of 105% and offers a 2% interest rate on retirement assets.

Comprehensive insurance, particularly popular in times of geopolitical tensions, provides maximum coverage for SMEs with a return of 1.5%. Baloise achieved a profit of 51 million Swiss francs, a 10% increase over the previous year, despite a challenging economic climate. The company remains committed to strengthening its three-pillar pension system to ensure its future stability.
