BankM and SMC Research Launch SmartCaps Initiative with finanzen.net
In a strategic collaboration, BankM AG and SMC Research have joined forces with finanzen.net to launch the SmartCaps initiative. Announced during the Spring Conference 2025 in Frankfurt, the partnership aims to enhance investor access to qualified information and offer issuers improved reach in the retail segment. This initiative targets listed SMEs, traditionally underrepresented in broad media.
Through joint distribution, BankM and SMC Research aim to leverage their strengths. BankM's stronghold on institutional investors complements SMC's focus on private investors. SMC's reach includes distributing research to over 300,000 readers across financial portals. BankM's alliance with SMC now covers nearly 50 equity and debt issuers.
The SmartCaps platform on finanzen.net focuses on showcasing second-line stocks to its 5 million unique users. This initiative promises to democratize the capital market by offering enhanced trading liquidity and market visibility. The platform's go-live is scheduled for summer, providing high-quality multimedia coverage.
