Banyan Gold Corp. Announces Change of Auditors
Banyan Gold Corp. has announced a change in auditors, transitioning from GEIB & Company to De Visser Gray LLP, effective August 7, 2025. This decision was made at the request of Banyan and approved by its Board of Directors. The former auditor did not express any modified opinions in its past reports, and there are no noted disagreements or unresolved issues per National Instrument 51-102.
The change has been reviewed by Banyan's board and officially filed on SEDAR. Duncan Mackay, a qualified person under NI 43-101, approved the news release, which excludes the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) details. Banyan's AurMac Project, a key asset, features significant gold resources and infrastructure advantages due to its proximity to the main Yukon highway.
