Banyan Gold Corp. Announces Stock Options Grant
Banyan Gold Corp. has issued 5,060,000 incentive stock options, allowing purchase of 5,600,000 shares at $1.00 each, with a vesting period of up to 18 months and a five-year term. The options target consultants, employees, advisors, and exploration staff. The grants follow the company’s annual compensation review.
Duncan Mackay, serving as Vice President Exploration, verified the data disclosed, except for the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE). Upcoming company roadshows occur in Toronto and Houston this December. Notably, Banyan's primary asset, the AurMac Project in Yukon, has significant gold resources.
