Banyan Gold Corp. Updates on AurMac and Hyland Projects
Banyan Gold Corp. has filed an amended technical report for its AurMac Project following a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission. The report, dated May 23, 2025, revises and clarifies disclosures, adds details on the Nitra Property, and incorporates technical information previously in appendices. Despite these amendments, the AurMac resource estimate remains unchanged in size and scope.
An updated report for the Hyland Project will be filed soon, as the current resource information is outdated. Until a new NI 43-101 compliant report is available, the Hyland resource data should not be relied upon. The AurMac report is accessible on both SEDAR+ and Banyan's website.
