Banyan Gold Reports Promising Drill Results at Airstrip Deposit

Banyan Gold Corp. announced significant drill results from the Airstrip Deposit, part of its AurMac Project in Yukon, Canada. Nine diamond drillholes targeted the western portion of the deposit, revealing high-grade gold at near-surface levels. Highlights include a 46.4-meter interval grading 1.31 grams per tonne (g/t) Au from 55.8 meters depth in drillhole AX-24-604.

Other notable findings are a 36.2-meter section grading 1.14 g/t Au from 20.8 meters in AX-24-597 and a 21.7-meter section grading 1.35 g/t Au from 51.3 meters in AX-24-598. Tara Christie, company president and CEO, highlighted the potential for resource expansion at the Airstrip Deposit based on these results.

The gold mineralization at the Airstrip Deposit is associated with skarn-altered schists and quartz veins. It is part of a larger intrusion-related gold system typical of the region. These findings bolster the project's promise for increasing high-grade gold resources.
