Barton Gold Holdings Acquires Wudinna Gold Project

Barton Gold Holdings Limited has announced its acquisition of the Wudinna Gold Project from Cobra Resources PLC. Located on South Australia's Eyre Peninsula, Wudinna adds an estimated 279,000 ounces of gold to Barton's development portfolio. This acquisition includes deposits at Barns, White Tank, Clarke, and Baggy Green, each contributing to the project's total gold resources.

The completion of this transaction is contingent on Cobra shareholders' approval, expected at a general meeting in July 2025. This deal complements Barton's ongoing exploration projects and is set to enhance its overall gold resources in South Australia.

Barton's Managing Director, Alexander Scanlon, highlighted the strategic value and low-cost options provided by the acquisition. He also praised South Australia's regulatory changes that facilitated the transaction.
