Barton Gold Secures New Tenements for Wudinna Gold Project

Barton Gold Holdings Limited (ASX:BGD) has announced the official granting of new tenements for its Wudinna Gold Project. This acquisition is notable as it aligns with South Australia's updated regulations allowing tenement subdivisions. Exploration Licences (ELs) numbered 7074 through 7078 have now been fully granted.

Barton will assume control of ELs 7075, 7076, 7077, and 7078, while gaining rights over EL 7074. As part of the transaction, $800,000 worth of Barton shares will be issued to Cobra Resources PLC. This acquisition is viewed as an advantageous expansion, supporting Barton's growth in South Australia's gold sector.

Alexander Scanlon, Managing Director of Barton Gold, emphasized the significance of this transaction under the new regulatory framework, projecting it as a stimulant for further mining investments in the region.
