BASTIDE: Status of Shares and Voting Rights as of February 28, 2025
Bastide Le Confort Médical, a public limited company with capital of €3,359,767.05, has announced the total number of shares and voting rights as of February 28, 2025. The company, whose head office is based in Caissargues, reports the following distribution: the total number of shares amounts to 7,466,149. Of these, 7,361,478 are ordinary shares and 104,671 are preferred shares.
Regarding voting rights, Bastide announces 11,136,268 theoretical voting rights, including shares without voting rights, and 11,083,394 exercisable voting rights, therefore excluding shares deprived of this privilege.
