Baywater strengthens its leading position in respiratory support in the UK

Bastide Group subsidiary Baywater has won the tender for respiratory assistance in the London area. This contract, awarded by the NHS, runs for seven years with the possibility of extending up to ten years, generating annual revenue of €6.5 million. It is scheduled for implementation before the end of 2025.

Since acquiring Baywater Healthcare in 2018, the Bastide Group has continued to strengthen its presence. In 2017, Baywater served 26,000 patients across three regions. With the new contract, it expands its service to six of the eleven UK regions, now covering over 60,000 patients and doubling its turnover to €55-60 million.

This progression demonstrates the success of the Bastide Group's acquisition strategy.
